Assistant Club Manager – Fitness Club (West Singapore)

The Opportunity

Are you a highly organized professional with a talent for sales and customer service? We are looking for an Assistant Club Manager to help launch and run a brand-new fitness facility in the west of Singapore. You will be the crucial link between our initial pre-sale phase and our daily operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our growing community from the front desk to the gym floor.

The Impact You’ll Make

• Member Experience: Greet guests warmly, manage inquiries, process memberships and payments, and maintain accurate member records.

• Proactive Sales: Engage walk-ins, conduct facility tours, showcase club value, and close membership sales effectively.

• Lead Generation: Manage inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls via Talkhub to qualify leads, book appointments, and promote special offers.

• Pre-Sale Execution: Drive sales at the pre-sale booth, follow up with vendors on deliverables and payments, and coordinate equipment deliveries.

• Facility Operations: Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance, inspect the premises regularly, and coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs.

• Management Support: Assist the management team with pitch decks, RFQs, inventory management, and special initiatives like "Fit & Fun over 65".

• Administrative Excellence: Handle class scheduling and cancellations, manage incoming mail, and ensure the front desk remains well-stocked and organized.
