Job Summary
Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision mechanical parts by preparing materials, setting up tools and workpieces, and executing machining programs accurately.
Responsibilities
- Prepare raw materials to meet machining specifications for precision parts
- Set up cutting tools accurately according to CNC program requirements to ensure proper machining
- Mount and align workpieces on CNC milling machines, including configuring the 4th Axis for complex operations
- Execute CNC machining programs to produce components that meet quality and dimensional standards
