Telemarketing Executive

Job Description

• We are looking for a confident and outgoing Telemarketing Executive / Customer Service Executive to join a financial services company.
• You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, following up on leads, explaining available financial products and supporting customers throughout the application process.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on leads via phone.
• Introduce and explain the company’s loan products and services.
• Follow up with interested customers and assist with the application process.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Work towards assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Provide professional customer service and handle objections effectively.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Candidates with telemarketing, telesales or customer service experience will have an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Sales-driven with a positive attitude.
