Job Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve tea, coffee and other beverages to management, staff and visitors.

* Ensure pantry areas are clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times.

* Wash and clean cups, utensils and pantry equipment after use.

* Monitor and replenish pantry supplies such as beverages, snacks, sugar, milk and disposable items.

* Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms before and after meetings.

* Assist in setting up refreshments for meetings, events and visitors.

* Perform light housekeeping duties in common areas, including wiping tables and maintaining cleanliness of shared spaces.

* Dispose of rubbish and ensure proper waste management practices.

* Report shortages, maintenance issues or pantry-related concerns to the supervisor.

* Adhere to workplace hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum N/O/A level

* Comfortable performing pantry, beverage service and light housekeeping duties.

* Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
