Fire Protection Engineer

• Supervise subcontractors and ensure work complies with shop drawings, specifications, method statements, materials, and project schedules.

• Review and coordinate fire protection designs covering sprinkler, fire alarm, hose reel, wet/dry riser, hydrant, and fireman intercom systems.

• Coordinate with clients, authorities, subcontractors, and other disciplines on technical and site matters.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies between M&E, structural, architectural, ID, and client requirements.

• Manage project execution, site meetings, progress updates, and work allocation to supervisors.

• Lead testing & commissioning, authority inspections, defect rectification, and handover activities.

• Prepare OMM manuals, training, and as-built drawings for project handover.

• Monitor fire protection system maintenance during the DLP.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fire protection projects.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Good communication and written English skills.
