Market Research Interviewer

Location: Novena

Salary: SGD 3,000 - 3,300 per month

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract

Working Hours: 12.00 PM to 9.00 PM

Work Schedule: 5 days per week on a rostered basis, including weekends

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Interviewer to support survey data collection and market research projects. The successful candidate will engage with respondents through phone and fieldwork activities, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the timely completion of research studies.

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys through online, telephone, or face-to-face channels.
• Conduct outbound calls to respondents and follow up on assigned survey cases.
• Perform field visits to respondents who are unavailable through phone-based outreach.
• Accurately record and update survey responses in the system.
• Monitor and update survey progress, call outcomes, and respondent engagement status.
• Handle respondent enquiries and objections professionally to encourage survey participation.
• Review, validate, and clean survey data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain detailed records and case notes for follow-up and reporting purposes.
• Prepare daily productivity and survey completion reports.
• Ensure compliance with project guidelines, quality standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Meet established productivity, quality, and project KPIs.
• Support additional project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, telesales, call centre, market research, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident engaging with members of the public through phone and face-to-face interactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and data integrity.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable conducting fieldwork when required.
• Willing to work weekends based on project schedules.
• Committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
