Dental Receptionist
Salary: $2,500 - $2,900
Working Days: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm & Sat 9am to 4.30pm
Location: Orchard

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to patients at the clinic reception and provide front desk assistance.
• Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate and confirm patient appointments.
• Manage patient records and update information accurately in the clinic system.
• Handle billing, payment collection and other front desk administrative duties.
• Assist with general clinic administration and documentation.
• Maintain a professional and organised reception area.
• Perform other front desk and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• With relevant working experience
• PC literate and comfortable using computer systems for administrative work.
