Role Summary

As a Legal Counsel, you will provide day-to-day legal support across the company's business and corporate functions, including HR, administration, procurement and R&D. You will assist with contract drafting and review, legal and regulatory research, trade compliance and due diligence, while supporting the development of legal processes and templates. This role offers broad exposure to in-house legal work within a fast-growing technology company and opportunities to work with both local and overseas stakeholders.

What you will be responsible for:

• Provide day-to-day legal support to HR, administration, procurement, R&D and other business functions
• Draft, review and manage commercial agreements, corporate documents and other legal documents
• Conduct legal and regulatory research and provide practical, business-oriented legal analysis
• Support trade compliance screening and basic due diligence on customers, suppliers, business partners and transactions
• Assist with the development and maintenance of contract templates, legal guidelines and internal legal processes
• Support general legal matters and other ad hoc legal projects as required

How will you stand out

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification; admitted to the Singapore Bar
• 2–3 years of relevant experience with a law firm or in-house legal team
• Good legal research, contract review and drafting skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Practical and commercially minded, with a strong willingness to learn and develop in an in-house legal environment
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Experience or interest in the technology or semiconductor sector is a plus
