PT Admin (Shipping) - 3 months @ Tai Seng

• Duration: 3 months with possibility to extend
• Location: Tai Seng
• Time: 3pm to 9pm (Mon to Fri) & 3pm to 6pm (Sat)
• Pay: $14.50/hr

Job scope /Requirements:

• Monitor and check for shipments placed on hold at 30-minute intervals.
• Prepare the necessary authorisation forms for shipments that are on hold.
• Submit the completed authorisation forms to the respective Service Centres via email for further processing and clearance.
• Follow up with Service Centres on shipment status and ensure timely resolution of held shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment holds, authorisations, and correspondence.
