Position title: Personal Assistant to Manager

• Working days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
• Working hours: 9am - 6pm
• Address: Beach Rd (Bugis)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Manager.
• Manage the Manager’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
• Coordinate meetings and communicate with clients, internal teams, and external parties.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other documents.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of the Manager.
• Maintain proper filing, documentation, and confidential records.
• Assist with client-related administrative matters and document processing.
• Support the Manager in coordinating team activities, events, and meetings.
• Handle general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Someone who has Financial advisor PA experience prefer
• Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Executive will be an advantage.
