About this job
Job Scope
- Manage AV setup and live operations for school events, assemblies and performances.
- Operate soundboards, lighting systems, microphones and media consoles.
- Support students and teachers with AV equipment setup and training.
- Handle photography, videography and video editing for school content.
- Maintain school website and digital signage.
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot classroom AV systems, projectors, interactive displays and PA systems.
Requirements
- Diploma/Higher Nitec in AV, Media Production, IT or related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on AV/event production experience.
- Experience with sound mixing, lighting, live events and AV troubleshooting.
- Skills in photography, videography and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro).
- Basic knowledge of CMS and digital signage.
- Able to train teachers and students.
- Good communication skills and flexibility to support early morning/after-school events.
- Physically able to set up and transport AV equipment.
