About this job
Responsibilities
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items in a safe and timely manner
- Perform pickups and deliveries for the company covering specific areas
- Ensure parcels/documents indicated priority are delivered without delays
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, and the customer is satisfied
- Ensure proper recording of Proof-of-Delivery (POD) and Consignee Not Available (CNA) and tracking must be scanned and updated in the company’s mobile app
- To ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
- Establishing and maintaining the highest standard of customer service
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors or operation managers
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3/Class 4 Driving License with a clean driving record
- Must have Singapore driving experience
- Physically fit
