A leading marine infrastructure organization is seeking an experienced project management leader to oversee the development, maintenance and transformation of critical infrastructure assets. This is a senior leadership role supporting long-term growth, asset optimisation and sustainability initiatives.

Your new role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead a project management team responsible for the planning and delivery of major infrastructure projects from concept through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a portfolio of large-scale CAPEX and infrastructure projects.
• Managing consultants, contractors, authorities and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Driving infrastructure master planning and long-term development strategies.
• Overseeing asset maintenance, infrastructure upgrades and operational reliability.
• Supporting sustainability and decarbonization initiatives across infrastructure assets.
• Providing leadership, technical guidance and capability development for the project management team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline.
• 15+ years' experience delivering major infrastructure projects within marine infrastructure or other asset-intensive industries.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong track record managing complex stakeholder environments, including regulators, consultants and contractors.
• Excellent project management, communication and team leadership skills.
• Exposure to sustainability, energy efficiency or infrastructure transformation initiatives will be advantageous.
