12 Months IT Budget & PMO Coordinator | FMCG | Up to $6200 #NKA

Location: Bugis

Duration: 12 months contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 5:30

Salary: Up to $6200 + 1 month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and track Digital & IT budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX.
• Monitor actual spending against budgets, financial plans and forecasts.
• Track and support reporting for regional IT projects and programmes.
• Coordinate with BU CIOs and relevant stakeholders on budget and project matters.
• Provide executive and administrative support to the Head of APAC Digital & IT.
• Manage schedules, meetings and other administrative arrangements.
• Coordinate internal events such as Townhalls and support event execution.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, IT or related discipline.
• Strong experience in budgeting, financial tracking and reporting.
• Experience managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets preferred.
• Good Excel and data management skills.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and provide administrative support.
• Experience in IT/PMO or project environments is advantageous.
