HR & Billing Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support in handling HR-related matters, including assisting with payroll processing and employee inquiries.

• Support in preparing and verifying HR-related payment claims such as reimbursements, allowances, and expense claims, ensuring all supporting documents are in order before submitting for approval.

• Assist in preparing and verifying overtime, incentives, Sunday/Public Holiday work, and travel claims against supporting documentation prior to approval.

• Cross-check receipts, approval forms, and employee records to ensure accuracy before processing payments.

• Identify and flag any incomplete or inconsistent documentation before processing.

• Maintain organized and auditable records of payment verifications to ensure a clear audit trail.

• Assist in the preparation and submission of billing on a daily basis.
