Customer Engineer (North Area/Semiconductor/Up to $5000/1 Year Contract)

Our Client are seeking a dedicated Customer Engineer to support semiconductor manufacturing operations. This role involves hands-on equipment service, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform Tier I service activities independently and Tier II with guidance.

• Carry out preventive maintenance and complete quality repairs within set timeframes.

• Respond to fab issues, coordinate with engineers, and join escalation calls.

• Verify equipment performance and assist senior engineers when required.

• Apply diagnostic techniques to resolve technical problems in process, software, or hardware systems.

• Contribute to projects aimed at reducing costs and increasing uptime.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by planning and coordinating support with client management.

• Work in a cleanroom environment while adhering to strict safety procedures.

• Clear communication skills to exchange technical information effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Maintenance or technical service experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.

• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
