🕘 Mon–Thu: 8.00am–5.00pm | Fri: 8.00am–3.30pm

Job Scope:
• Manage customer orders from entry to delivery
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Transport and Distribution teams
• Provide order updates and resolve delivery/order issues
• Maintain accurate order information in systems
• Support process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Min. Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field
• Experience in order processing / order management / customer service / logistics
• SAP SD or CRM experience is advantageous
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
