Beauty Therapist / Beautician

Location: Clarke Quay
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: $1,800 – $2,300 + Commission
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM, 6 days per week, 4 days off per month
Rest days may be fixed on Sundays or arranged on a rotating basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform body slimming, body contouring and slimming treatments for clients.
• Provide beauty and wellness services including manicure, eyelash services, facial treatments and waxing.
• Perform meridian therapy and operate body slimming/contouring equipment.
• Recommend suitable treatments and products based on clients' needs.
• Provide professional consultation and advice on beauty and body treatments.
• Build good relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
• Promote suitable treatments, packages and products through cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and professional treatment environment.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive experience for all clients.
• Training will be provided for additional treatments and equipment where required.

Requirements:

• Minimum N Level and above.
• 2–5 years of relevant beauty industry experience preferred.
• Experience in body slimming/body contouring treatments is highly preferred.
• Experience in manicure and/or eyelash services is strongly preferred.
• Experience in facial treatments, Brazilian waxing, IPL hair removal or other beauty treatments will be an advantage.
• Candidates with at least one strong area of beauty treatment competency are welcome to apply.
• Strong sales mindset with confidence in recommending treatments and products.
• Customer-oriented, well-groomed and positive in attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to learn and pick up additional beauty treatment skills.
