Product Lifecycle Advisor

Job Description

• Leads the implementation of Product Management (PM) processes, incl. grade slate mgt, prod. strategy, mfg, technical, operations, marketing, grade dev

• Participates in monthly business & asset teams; stewards monthly earnings and GI monthly contribution; supports product, process, asset improvement

• Exercises significant leadership across the value chain by recommending improvement initiatives and overseeing implementation of global/regional plans

• Collaborates cross-functionally (Trade Regulations, Product Stewardship) to ensure clear accountability, performance of product compliance, oversight

• Provide support for innovation activities, incl. product intro and commercialization. These activities could be extended to other needed product changes.

• Support and implement short and long-term raw material strategies and supply continuity

• Periodic review of grade slate optimization opportunities as it relates to product, market and asset needs

• Utilize data, insights and collaboration to ensure optimized cost to serve, collaborate with Supply Chain on initiatives

• Sustain and build competency through best-in-class tools, processes and mentorship of organizational leaders
