Job Summary

Lead and manage site projects by planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction activities to ensure timely progress and safety compliance. Collaborate with clients, authorities, and consultants while minimizing environmental risks and ensuring safe work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site projects by planning and coordinating all construction activities to achieve project milestones
• Monitor and coordinate work progress with supervisors and staff to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
• Diagnose and resolve technical and engineering issues to maintain project continuity and safety
• Assist in planning, programming, and tracking construction work progress for effective project management
• Liaise with client representatives, relevant authorities, and consultants to ensure compliance and smooth communication
• Identify and assess foreseeable workplace risks to minimize environmental impact related to construction activities
• Implement practical measures to eliminate foreseeable risks to personnel at the workplace
• Enforce safe work procedures and environmental control measures at the construction site
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to undertake night shift duties as required
