Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver high-value interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects, while leading project teams and ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.
This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen and deep technical knowledge of interior fit-out works across commercial, hospitality, residential or mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Delivery Management
Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple interior fit-out projects, from pre-construction through handover and close-out.
Manage concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with contractual, financial and program objectives.
Develop and monitor project execution plans, master programs, procurement schedules and cash flow forecasts.
Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, scope and quality benchmarks.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead, mentor and manage Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers and support staff.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
Chair project control key meetings, review progress status and ensure coordination workshops are conducted.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Commercial & Contract Management
Oversee cost control, value engineering, variations, claims and final accounts.
Review and manage contracts, subcontracts and procurement strategies.
Monitor project profitability and proactively mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
Ensure timely certification, invoicing and collections in coordination with commercial teams.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure all projects comply with company standards, statutory requirements and local authority regulations.
Drive a strong HSE culture and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Oversee QA/QC processes, inspections, snagging and handover documentation.
Risk & Performance Management
Identify, assess and mitigate project risks across schedule, cost, quality and resources.
Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key risks, milestones and financial status.
Implement lessons learned and best practices across the project portfolio.
