Locum Occupational Therapist (GOVT/Office Hours/West) - $75 per hr/Flexible #HAO

Salary: up to $75/hr

Duration: 1 year

Working Days & Hours: 1. Able to work Mon-Fri, 1.30 - 5.30 pm; OR

2. Able to work Mon-Fri, 8.30 - 5.30pm

Location: Bukit Batok/Kent Ridge/Queenstown

Job Description:

• • Conduct comprehensive assessments for inpatients with neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, TBI, SCI,)
• • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans targeting:
• o ADLs and IADLs
• o Cognitive & perceptual rehabilitation
• o Upper limb function and motor recovery
• • Apply evidence-based neurorehabilitation approaches (e.g., task-specific training, motor relearning)
• • Recommend and prescribe assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications
• • Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team on goal setting and care planning
• • Support discharge planning, including caregiver training and home/environmental recommendations
• • Monitor and document patient progress using standardised outcome measures

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Occupational Therapy & VALID AHPC w min 2 yrs of relevant experience
