Project Management Intern

We’re looking for a Project Management Intern who enjoys bringing people and ideas together. If you’re organised, curious, proactive, and excited to see how creative projects come to life from concept to completion, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

• Assist the Project team in planning, organising, and tracking project schedules.
• Coordinate with Art, Animation, Design, Development, and Production teams to ensure projects run smoothly and are delivered on time.
• Assist with casting and coordinating talents for projects.
• Consolidate and organise meeting notes, communications, feedback, and project-related content and assets.
• Conduct research to support ongoing projects and the development of creative proposals.
• Support the team with other ad-hoc administrative and project-related tasks as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Design, Multimedia, Film, or a related field. Candidates with Animation or Illustration experience are encouraged to apply.
• Background or experience in design, multimedia, film, or other creative disciplines is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A responsible, meticulous, and proactive team player with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Eligible to work in Singapore.
• Able to commit full-time, Monday to Friday, 10AM–7PM.
