Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted Relationship Manager, offering Wealth Management solutions such as Wealth Protection, Investments, and other secondary Banking products/services

• Engage clients through Branch walk-ins and/or Tele-prospecting using the Bank’s expansive client database

• Conduct Client Profiling consultations to understand and assess their financial needs and goals

• Collaborate with expert teams and utilize cutting-edge digital tools to deliver excellent service

Remuneration & Benefits (MUST READ)

• Uncapped Earning Potential: Basic + Allowance + Incentives

  • First-Year Income: $70,000-$100,000++ (Fixed + Incentives)

  • Fixed Component

    • No Experience: $3,600-$3,800 Basic + $300 Monthly Allowance

    • Experienced Bankers or Financial Sales Professionals: $4,000-$5,500 Basic + $300 Monthly Allowance + Sign-On Bonus

  • Incentives: Uncapped

    • RMs who achieve 100% of their revenue targets typically earn around $6,000 in Quarterly Incentives alone.
      Most average performers are earning in the range of approximately $6,000–$8,000 per month including Basic Salary
      Those who gain momentum quickly have been able to exceed this range and achieve $10,000++ monthly income

• Working Hours:

  • Mon-Fri: 8:30AM-4:30PM or 10AM-5:30PM

  • Alternate Sat: Half-day (until 1–2PM), with 0.5 day Off-in-Lieu provided

• Working Location: Assigned to a specific Bank Branch island-wide, based on available vacancies

Requirements

• Open to Singaporean Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) only

• Minimum Local Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree and above (in any discipline), in accordance with MAS requirements

  • Full-time Private Diplomas (e.g. SIMGE, NAFA, Laselle) may be eligible under MAS requirements, while most part-time Private Diplomas (e.g. Kaplan, MDIS, PSB Academy) do not meet the criteria.
