[T07] Senior/ MEP Quantity Surveyor - Permanent

You will be involved in the commercial and cost management of MEP works across construction projects, working closely with consultants, contractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and review of MEP cost plans, estimates and tender documentation.
• Carry out quantity take-offs, measurements and pricing for MEP works.
• Assist with the evaluation of progress payments and variation claims.
• Review MEP Bills of Quantities and supporting commercial documentation.
• Support tendering activities, contract administration and commercial reporting.
• Coordinate with project consultants, contractors and suppliers on pricing and cost matters.
• Maintain accurate records of measurements, quotations, claims and project documentation.
• Work with senior team members on cost management and commercial aspects of projects.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant M&E or Quantity Surveying experience for the MEP QS position.
• For Senior MEP QS, preferably 6 years or more of relevant experience.
• Candidates with both Mechanical and Electrical exposure will have an advantage.
• Experience in MEP cost management, measurement, claims or quantity surveying is preferred.
• Familiarity with BOQ, variation claims, progress claims and tender documentation.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with quantity take-off or cost management software is advantageous.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
