Assistant Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, group consolidation, and finance operations for the Property Investment business. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and support business decisions while driving process improvements and leading the finance team.
Job Responsibilities
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including group consolidation.
Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and business performance insights.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory requirements, and Singapore regulations.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Support banking, treasury, and corporate secretarial matters.
Lead and oversee finance operations for the Property Investment business.
Supervise, mentor, and develop finance team members.
Review tenancy agreements and support leasing-related financial matters.
Conduct tenant credit assessments and manage financial risk.
Handle property tax, stamp duty, and other IRAS-related matters.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
Drive process improvements, finance transformation initiatives, and operational efficiency.
Support ad-hoc finance projects and management assignments.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
CPA/CA qualification is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, group consolidation, and finance operations.
Prior experience leading a finance team.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, Singapore tax, and statutory reporting requirements.
Experience in the property, investment holding, or real estate industry is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
