As a Cashier (Entertainment), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Perform cashiering and financial transaction duties at designated service counters.
• Handle cash float management, reconciliation, balancing, and end-of-day closing procedures accurately.
• Provide assistance and basic technical support to customers using self-service kiosks, including troubleshooting common issues.
• Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous service to both internal and external customers.
• Maintain accountability for cash, payment instruments, and other assigned financial assets, ensuring accurate reconciliation and record keeping.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Support daily operational activities and undertake additional duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in cashiering, cash handling, banking, retail, hospitality, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working on a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
