Technician

About the role

Providing direct support to all customers, which includes resolving escalations, answering fault calls and maintenance of our products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and commission Enetek systems at customer sites

• Interpret and work from technical drawings and wiring diagrams

• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures using appropriate hand and power tools

• Provide after-sales support, including preventive maintenance of Enetek systems and responding to fault calls

• Support battery replacement projects and related site activities

• Participate in 24/7 standby duty when required

• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing activities

• Manage and maintain inventory of equipment and tools required for service and repair work

About you

• Minimum Technical Certificate in Engineering or a relevant discipline

• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field

• Motorcycle license preferred

• Knowledge of electrical system troubleshooting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Able to travel and work independently

• Willing to work in rotating shifts
