Food & Beverage Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
• Manage and train F&B staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.
• Maintain quality standards for food, beverage, and service.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive F&B revenue.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an F&B Executive or similar role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently deliver high-demand results.
• Strong mentality, resilience, and a positive attitude when handling challenging situations and demanding operational requirements.
• Knowledge of food, beverages, and F&B operational best practices, especially in Indonesian cuisine.
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
