Officer, Quality Assurance Department

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support Company Safety Management System implementation tasks including manuals and fleet notices.
• Application / arrangement of internal & external Audits and inspections for fleet vessels and office including ISM, ISPS, MLC & ISO.
• Health, Safety, Environment and Quality objective/KPI monitoring and analysis of fleet under guidance of Section Head.
• Secretariat for meetings. Prepare agenda, materials and official minutes.
• Support all documentation and activities for various HSEQ office tasks and projects as instructed by the department in charge.
• Monitoring of mails and tracking tasks till completed.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience in handling of Ship Management functions, preferably in HSEQ role, is preferred.
• Any Diploma / Degree is acceptable.
• Proficient PC skills (MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint/MS Outlook/BI & AI Tool); MS Access.
• Positive, service-oriented, self-motivated, detail-minded, and good team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent and speedy documentation skill.
• Good patience with documentation.
