Wellness Coordinator

The Wellness Coordinator is responsible for the seamless execution of various health and wellness programmes while managing key relationships with stakeholders. This role ensures operational excellence through effective administrative support and proactive coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate various health and wellness programmes to ensure smooth and successful execution
• Liaise and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders and vendors
• Provide comprehensive administrative support including documentation and official correspondences
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support department objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline
• Previous experience in programme coordination is highly advantageous
• Prior training or academic background in health-related fields is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team
