6 Months Beauty Advisors x6 | Up to $2800 #NKA

Locations: Orchard, Vivo, Causeway Point, People's Park OG, Bugis

Duration: 6 months

Salary: $2400 - $2800, $190 allowance (service counter + transport if work late)

0.5 month completion bonus

Working Hours: Regular retail hours (8.25 hours per day incl weekends)

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customers' beauty needs and recommend suitable skincare, makeup or beauty products.
• Provide product demonstrations and personalised beauty consultations.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated on new product launches, promotions and beauty trends.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits and purchases.
• Maintain an attractive and well-organised counter/store display.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and general housekeeping.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional after-sales service.

Job Requirements:

• Must have Beauty Advisor/Retail/CS experience
• Able to commit to retail hours and weekends
