Temporary F&B Assistant (Healthcare) - WEST #HHL

💰 Up to $12 per hour

Sep 2026 to Dec 2026 / Jan 2027

🕘 5-day work week, 42 hours/week

Rotational hours: 5.15am–2.45pm / 7.30am–5.00pm

Includes weekends & public holidays

🚕 Transport claimable for 5.15am shift

Job Scope:

• Manage patient meal orders and diet-related administration
• Generate meal summaries and meal chits
• Handle calls, enquiries and feedback
• Support meal assembly and plating
• Manage stock, supplies and deliveries
• Conduct patient meal satisfaction surveys
• Support staff meal orders and payment processing
• Perform general administrative and operational duties

Requirements:

• Min. NITEC/Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition or related discipline preferred
• Relevant working experience will also be considered
• Must possess valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
