Salary: $4000 + attractive commission scheme

Job details:

Customer Consultation & Design

• Analyze the client's face shape, hair condition, and lifestyle.
• Provide customized design proposals before hair services
• Offer aftercare guidance and styling coaching following treatments

Hair Services

• Perform haircuts, perms, coloring, and treatments
• Select appropriate products based on hair condition and minimize hair damage during procedures.

Customer Management

• Manage returning customers and build long-term client relationships.
• Maintain service records and handle customer concerns. Ensuring high service quality to improve customer satisfaction

Teamwork & Salon Operations

• Participate in internal training and education programs.
• Maintain salon service standards and brand values
• Contribution to Brand Growth
• Collaborate on SNS content and styling photo shoots
• Develop signature services and build personal portfolios

Requirements:

• Relevant professional license or certification holder
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
• Experience working in a Korean or Japanese salon is highly preferred

Working Hours:
5 days a week
9.30am to 7.30pm
