Digital Marketing Manager [CCP for Digital Advertising and Marketing Professionals]

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managingthe company's digital marketing presence, with a primary focus on social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook. The role will support win home deco’s brand awareness, customer engagement and lead-generation objectives through strategic content planning, digital content creation, social media campaigns and performance analysis.

* Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

* Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars mainly for Instagram and Facebook.

* Develop engaging content including project showcases, before-and-after videos of houses/offices, promotional materials, educational posts and short-form video content to show backend processes.

* Create digital marketing materials using appropriate graphic design and content editing applications.

* Write social media captions, marketing messages and CTA tailored to target audiences.

* Plan and support the execution of social media marketing campaigns and promotions.

* Monitor social media comments, messages and customer interactions, and identify potential enquiries and leads.

* Assist in managing and monitoring paid social media advertising campaigns.

* Monitor social media analytics and evaluate content and campaign performance.

* Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports and provide

recommendations for improvement.

* Analyse audience engagement and content performance to optimise future

marketing activities.

* Maintain consistent brand presentation and messaging across the company's

social media platforms.

* Develop longer-term social media strategies and campaign plans based on

customer insights and performance data.

* Work with management to continuously improve the company's digital marketing

activities and online presence.

Through this structured OJT plan, you will develop skillsets in social media marketing strategy, content planning, digital content creation, social media campaign management, audience engagement, lead generation, paid social media advertising, digital marketing analytics and campaign optimisation.
