Indoor Sales Executive - Marine Spare Parts

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised Indoor Sales Executive to join our team and support the growth of our marine spare parts business. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handle parts inquiries from ship managers, trading companies, and direct customers
• Source marine spare parts, calculate competitive pricing, and prepare accurate quotations
• Proactively follow up on quotations to secure sales and build customer trust
• Process confirmed orders, issue supplier purchase orders, and coordinate global shipments
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international clients to drive repeat business and long-term growth

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5 years of experience in marine spare parts sales or purchasing
• Prior knowledge of marine boilers and burners (e.g., Aalborg, Oilon, Volcano, Mitsubishi, Gestra, Danfoss) is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with electrical components (e.g., Siemens, ABB), valves, pumps, and controllers is highly valued
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English to liaise with global clients and suppliers
