System Engineer

This role works closely with customers, sales teams, and internal engineering teams to ensure successful implementation, customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and identification of future business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise during customer discussions and proposal development.
• Recommend product upgrades, maintenance contracts, and additional services.
• Support account managers in maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Assist in preparing technical quotations and solution recommendations.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers after project handover.
• Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for products, systems, and solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues through remote or onsite support.
• Conduct customer calls to assess system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Products: IT Products (Hardware, Software, Accessories) and IT Services (Maintenance and Project Consultation)

Requirement

• ITE / Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer-related field.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience in technical support, field service, application engineering, or post-sales support.
• Strong End User support skill
• Experience working with customers in a technical support environment.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
