Sales Manager

Job Description:

• Handling Complex Integrated Security Solutions (Security, CCTV, Card Access, Intrusion Detection, PA System, Bollards, Crash Barrier, Turnstiles)
• Customer development - Order intake to meet Quarterly sales quota, gross margin and develop valued customer partnership in control and business solutions
• Latest System knowledge/knowhow applicable to relevant markets
• Business improvement, achieving aggressive sales targets. Be the champion/leader of sales break throughs and disciplines.
• Preparation of “Go-To-Market” initiatives and create awareness.
• Submit weekly plans to engage with Main contractors, M & E contractors, Security Consultants
• Derive new business initiatives from innovative product launches.
• Create business opportunities with a range of customer contacts
• Conceptualise on specifications and understanding of construction drawings.

Candidate profile:

• Possess a Diploma or degree in IT, Engineering or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development; preferably leading a small sales team.
• Experience with Security Systems/Solution offering
• Strong network with Consultants, End users, M & E contractors, and Main Contractors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Capable to interpret financial concepts and business acumen
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
