HR Admin

Job Responsibilities:

*Perform HR administrative duties, (E.g., New / Renewal work pass application, prepare employment contract and letters).

*Responsible for office’s day to day HR & administrative related work duties.

*Prepare and coordinate worker’s work pass application/ renewal /cancellation, including arranging of medical check up and transports.

*Provide administrative support to the team such as maintaining and organizing all administrative records and documents.

*Support recruitment through job postings, interviews, onboarding of new hires, etc.

*Carries out administrative duties such as data entry work, filing.

*Sourcing and Arranging for training courses when needed.

*Others duties as assigned by superiors and Management.

Requirements:

*Minimum GCE O Level and above.

*At least 1 year of relevant working experience on Admin Supports.

*Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

*Good knowledge of Employment Acts and MOM Regulations.

*Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

*Good learning attitude and personailty.

*Able to commence work within short notice.
