Event Producer / Event Operations Coordinator | $2,300 | 4-Month Contract | Bugis

📍 Location: Bugis / Beach Road
📄 Contract: Immediate – 31 December 2026
💰 Salary: $2,300/month
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm

Event & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate event logistics including room setup, breakout rooms, meals, transportation and AV equipment
• Prepare and organise event materials, supplies and equipment
• Coordinate the delivery and tracking of materials to event venues
• Assist with setting up and tearing down event spaces

On-Site Event Support

• Serve as the key logistical contact for participants, facilitators and coaches
• Ensure event materials and equipment are ready and available throughout the programme
• Provide hands-on support during events and resolve issues quickly
• Assist with event closure, including room breakdown, inventory returns and documentation

Virtual Event Support

• Set up and manage virtual classrooms using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex
• Support virtual rehearsals and troubleshoot technical issues
• Manage breakout rooms, polls, chat and other interactive tools
• Monitor participant questions and provide behind-the-scenes support to facilitators
