Role:
Business Manager – Telco Account Manager
- Salary: $ 3000 - $ 4000 + Tier commission payable upon KPI achievable + Transport account provided
- Address: [ 3 Bus stop from Tiong Bahru MRT ]
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 8.45am to 6pm, Alternate Saturday / 8.45am to 1.15pm
Key Responsibilities
- Build, Manage and Develop a strong working relationships with the respective Telco Business Managers.
- Key point person to support the Telco Business Managers in sales engagements, opportunities and account development.
- Foster a closer collaboration to improve communication, responsiveness, and overall business experience with the Telco Business Managers.
- Support joint customer meetings, presentations and solution discussions as required.
- Ensure working alignment with Telco's product offerings, promotions and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in internal briefings, training sessions and business planning activities and events
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Sales / Marketing / IT.
- Experience in account management, sales support and / or business development (preferably in telecommunications or ICT).
- Good understanding of Technology business solutions (connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, UC, etc.).
