Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding / West / 5 Days)

• Working hour: 9am – 6pm (Mon – Fri)

Job Scope

• Attend to enquiries
• Process order
• Prepare shipping / air documents
• Coordinate with operation team on delivery schedule
• Prepare billing to customers
• Arrange booking and custom clearance
• Declare permits
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirement

• GCE O Level / Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service / airfreight experiences
