ontent & Campaign Management

• Develop and execute TikTok content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Create engaging video content based on brand guidelines, current trends and audience interests.
• Manage TikTok marketing and sales campaigns to drive traffic, reach, engagement and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI.

TikTok Shop & Sales Activation

• Manage and coordinate TikTok Shop campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor and optimise TikTok Shop performance, including traffic, conversions and sales.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align TikTok campaigns with overall sales strategies.

Live Streaming Management

• Plan and coordinate TikTok Live campaigns with the e-commerce team.
• Host or co-host regular TikTok Live sessions to promote products and campaigns.
• Prepare livestream scripts, product demonstrations and audience engagement activities.
• Monitor livestream performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversions.

Community & Influencer Engagement

• Manage the brand's TikTok community and engage with followers.
• Build and maintain an active online community around the brand.
• Collaborate with local influencers and KOLs on content creation and livestream activities.
• Monitor TikTok trends, viral content and emerging opportunities.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

• Track and analyse performance metrics across TikTok content, advertising, TikTok Shop and livestream activities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Use campaign performance data to support ongoing content and sales optimisation.
