Job Description

1. Achieve sales revenue and net income target by identifying and getting in touch with clients with metabolomics and proteomics demand

2. Maintain daily operation of the local laboratory, standardize management of experimental staff, and oversee maintenance and management of instruments and equipment

3. Propose cohort study design, experimental testing, and data analysis solutions for clients.

4. Deliver post?sales support including report delivery and data interpretation for clients.

5. Coordinate with local suppliers on logistics service, consumable and equipment purchasing

6. Manage the company and all employees to accomplish sound operation

Qualification

1. Possess over 10 years of hands?on experience in scientific research services with in?depth domain knowledge of mass?spectrometry technology; proven successful track record in client BD of metabolomics and proteomics testing service in the scientific research services market

2. Proven track record of leading cross?functional teams, with solid capabilities for team building and business unit management

3. Familiar with Singapore local market environment, capable of coordinating local suppliers for procurement and logistics matters
