Job Description

• Oversee daily administrative activities and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate internal communications and administrative matters across departments
• Coordinate administrative and operational matters related to workshop activities
• Assist in monitoring workshop productivity, turnaround time and operational issues
• Coordinate regular stock counts and reconciliation
• Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control procedures
• Ensure proper organization and documentation of warehouse activities
• Streamline purchasing workflows from requisition to final delivery
• Monitor procurement cycle times and resolve administrative bottlenecks
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures and internal controls
• Coordinate across departments to ensure required parts and materials are available on time
• Monitor progress and follow up on outstanding matters across relevant departments
• Perform adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor or Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Min. 5 years of relevant administrative or operations experience is preferred
• Knowledge of heavy vehicles, machinery and spare parts is an added advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities proactively and work independently
