Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support (data entry, filing and documentation) for workshop day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with Workshop Supervisor / Manager to support for quotation creation, servicing and other package price list to be updated within the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) .
• Finalize customer registration details in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP)
• Liaise with other business units to keep fleet listing updated
• Coordinate with Customer Service Advisor on appointment bookings and workshop scheduling
• Provide administrative support on accident reporting
• Liaising with customers, vendors, suppliers & partners where required

Requirements

• With prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop and with experience in dealing with accident claim business will be an advantage
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player and positive working attitude
• Willing to work 5.5 days.
