Technician (ECC)

Job Description

• Carry out periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the property.
• Keep proper records of M & E readings and to monitor the performance of plant and equipment.
• Check all service contactors and sub-contractors on site work and to report irregularities to the PE or CM/ACM.
• Attend to complaints received through feedback from the management office.
• Carry out minor tasks assigned by the PE or CM/ACM with regard to the physical maintenance of the property (e.g. changing of bulbs, painting, minor repairs etc)
• Any other duties assigned by the CM/ACM.

Job Requirements

• NTC Certificate on Facilities technology, mechanical or electrical
• At least 3 years and above MCST Experience in managing residential, industrial or mixed development
