Job Responsibilities
- Manage WPOL (onboarding, offboarding, renewals).
- Coordinate staff dormitory arrangements and related matters.
- Maintain employee records and HR documents.
- Handling all correspondents with tenants, government authorities and MCST related to real estate properties
- Responsible for maintenance of office building, insurance claim and other admin duties
- Carry out other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
- Experience handling foreign workers / dormitory is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
