Senior Specialist Quantity Survey

Role Purpose:

Review work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and liaise with contractors and suppliers

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Manager / with all daily commercial operations
• Assist with Cost and Budget Reporting
• Assist with resolving contractual and commercial problems
• Attend to all relevant contract admin & documentation for the project
• Ensure that all stakeholders, such as administration, operations, and finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations and reflecting them accurately
• RFQ procedures with subcontractors and suppliers for pre and post-contract stages.
• Progress Claims with Client and/or subcontractors & suppliers.
• Supporting in Variation and Claim procedures.
• Ad hoc duties as determined by management

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Sciences /Engineering
• Minimum years of experience: 5-6 years
• Experience in the field of engineering and construction
• Preferably with experience in Data Centre, hospital, heavy industrial and other mission critical complex projects, or EPC contracts
