Senior Process Development Engineer/Manager

Job Responsibilities:

· Define and Document Product Equipment specification and capabilities.

· Conduct Process optimization and characterization to be able to obtain equipment specification.

· Review and optimize the key items to be part of the internal buy off specification.

· Support Equipment manufacturing activities by helping to trouble-shoot and resolve process-related issues

· Part of the continuous Process and application improvement activities to further enhance the equipment capabilities.

· Work with multi-functional team to be able improve and enhance the capabilities needed by end users.

· Conceptualize data collection and analysis using statistical techniques and conduct process capability studies.

· Perform research and design activities to develop a much competitive and advance equipment design.

· Conceptualize equipment time chart and process sequence to be able to come out with UPH projection calculation base on process parameter and specifications.

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Electronic / Mechanical / Any Engineering related course.

· At least 5 years’ experience in an equipment manufacturing environment with a process engineering and background.

· Strong interest in the development of new manufacturing processes

· Experience in process design and control related to semiconductor environment.

· Knowledge in Material Science and Photonic Integrated Circuit will be added advantage.

· Knowledge in cycle time calculation.

· Trained in SPC, DOE and other statistical tools (JMP and Minitab).
